Stacy Garner
Stacy Garner is the Chief, Integrated Health Solutions for Copa Health and has twenty-nine years of behavioral health experience. In those twenty-nine years he has served as Chief of Staff, Deputy CEO, VP of Operations, Regional Director, Arnold v Sarn Administrator and Case Manager. Stacy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Missouri and a minor in Psychology. Stacy’s philosophy is bringing people together as one, and he is a true believer of the power of positive thinking in and outside of the workplace.
In 1957, nine families joined together to create solutions for their own children, creating our first preschool class of six students.
Copa Health has been buoyed by their dedication and vision that all people have the right to education and inclusion. By providing educational, therapeutic, rehabilitative and social services to children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities as well as behavioral health challenges, we change the lives of those we serve.
